Research
This project utilized multiple participants whom we asked about their thoughts about pizza delivery service. I was challenged to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
The first task was to create relevant screener questions and tasks to adequately record information provided by the participants. Please see the list of questions here.
Next multiple sessions with participants were conducted and findings were collected and reviewed.
At the summation of the project, all findings were collected and suggested changes to the pizza delivery site were requested within the available sprint timeline for implementation.
